General Introduction (More information: https://nuclear.wh.sdu.edu.cn/ )

Nuclear physics is the field of physics that studies atomic nuclei and their constituents and interactions. Nuclear astrophysics is an interdisciplinary research field that integrates nuclear physics and astrophysics. The group is exploring the following fields in the Nuclear Physics and Nuclear Astrophysics:

The group explores various aspects of nuclear physics, including chiral symmetry breaking in rotating nuclei, spin effects at high-energy nuclear reactions, rotational excitation of light nuclei, synthesis of the chemical elements in thermonuclear reactions, equation of state for dense matter and the inner structure of compact stars etc.
